Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook bacon in large skillet until brown. Add in onion and cook until translucent. Next add in fresh baby spinach, cook until wilted.
In separate mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper, whisk together.
Place spinach and bacon mixture into pie crust, sprinkle desired cheese. Pour in egg mixture. Then sprinkle again with desired cheese.
Bake in oven for 45 - 50 minutes, or until pie middle is no longer loose and jiggles when pie is moved.
