1/2cupunsweetened almond milk
2tbsppumpkin puree
1tsppure vanilla
1tsppumpkin spice seasoning
Grade A Maple Syrupoptional
Instructions
In shallow cake pan whisk together eggs, almond milk, pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin spice seasoning.
Heat frying pan to medium heat on stove stop. Coat with nonstick spray.
Place two slices of bread in pumpkin mixture. Let bread sit in mixture for up to 1 minute then flip to the other side and do the same. Place bread coated in pumpkin mixture into heated frying pan cook each side until golden brown (approximately 3 minutes) on each side.
Repeat step 3 until each bread slice is coated in pumpkin mixture and cooked until golden brown.
Add your choice of butter and grade A maple syrup (optional). Serve warm. Enjoy.
